To consider the Parish Council's approach to the next public consultation
on Hampshire County Council's minerals plan |
| |
Cllr
Herbert reported that on the 10 July HCC had voted for the Minerals Plan
which included Rookery Farm/Tarmac extension in spite of a number of objections
from local groups and the opposition of Kingsley Council and Cllr Kemp Gee.
The plan now moves on to the consultation phase in September 2008 and papers
should be issued by the end of July. It was agreed to ask the local specialists
who had previously assisted in preparing responses to earlier applications
to assist the Council in the preparation of the formal response. It was
noted that a number of local organisations were actively preparing responses
and it was agreed to monitor and encourage all efforts in the campaign against
this development. |

To consider the future use of the Kingsley Parish Council emailing list |
| |
A
request from a local organisation to use the KPC emailing list for a local

and would reach more households. |
| 08/59
To consider the ownership and future responsibility for the notice boards
in the bus shelters in Kingsley |

In
