  Cllr Neville welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Mention was made of the recent unauthorised felling of a tree adjacent to the junction between Footpath 6 and the B3004.

07/201 (a) Update on the progress regarding the replacement of Main Doors at St. Nicholas Church
 

Cllr Carryer reported that work was proceeding.

Cllr Herbert reported that she had written to the EHDC and HCC.
It was agreed to hold this item over to the next meeting.

The clerk reported that the projector had been purchased and handed to the Kingsley Centre.

Cllr Herbert reported that Andy Cox had been asked to investigate and would report back.

Cllr Carryer reported that an assessment of the suitability of St Nicholas Church for music recording purposes had recently been carried out, further information to follow. Cllr Herbert advised that a concert on June 28th on behalf of Music Space had been arranged.
